"Repeatedly canceled my policy. Call them, they say it's a mistake. Get my bill and my homeowners is canceled again without notice or a reason again. Overcharged me, sent me a check in me and my ex wives names. Have to go to the office today to fix it. Then im getting a new insurance carrier. Soon as this office was taken over by Ryan the customer service tanked. Nobody gets back to you quickly, unless it looks bad on them. I'd recommend another agent or carrier to anyone thinking of using them. (I have had this policy since I bought my house 12 or 13 years ago) That location was the best, until they took over. But they'll try to sell you more products, while you're waiting on resolutions to problems that they create. Over this whole location. Good luck."

"Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Man I can't wait to get away from state farm. Absolutely the worst adjuster Myles Reddick, zero communication and the call center is the worst you get a new person Everytime so you always have to catch them up on everything and somehow they always find a way to do absolutely nothing, want more pictures or more samples and screenshots when we have sent everything in. Never will I use state farm again I absolutely hate dealing with them! DO NOT use state farm for homeowners insurance."
